All basic headshot and commercial photography sessions include a planning call where we’ll go over everything from what to wear, to where the shoot will take place, and the angle or tone you are trying to convey. Your professional photoshoot can take place in our studio or on-location, and all purchased images include final retouching.
Most types of sessions include an unlimited commercial usage lisence, however full-copyright or work-for-hire options are available at a different price tier. The number of final digital images is dependent on which type of corporate service you book with us.
Personal and corporate branding sessions also include a marketing strategy meeting (or two) where we will go much further in depth into your branding vision.
We also provide staff photos for businesses in Gainesville, Ocala, Lake City, Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, and the surrounding area.
First and foremost we realize that most people hate getting their headshots taken. Even if you’re a relatively confident person, it can still be awkward being in front of a camera with large lights set up and all the focus in on you.
That’s where we come in. We’re looking to highlight all of your best parts. With a little coaching and probably a bit of laughing, we’ll work to first get you and/or your staff to relax and then help you/them find the perfect expressions.
We also like making the process as seamless and easy as possible.

An individual weekday headshot is $235 and includes 1 final image. Additional images can be purchased during the session. Weekend headshot sessions start at $500.
Session length depends mostly on how many looks we are trying to cover. Standard individual headshot sessions usually take anywhere between 30min-90min.
Individual Headshot Sessions include 1 final image. Additional images can be purchased at the time of the session and are $135 per image.
A few different factors can affect staff headshot pricing including, but not limited to, total people to be photographed, will they all be on the same background or different backgrounds, how many images per person is needed, will they be taken at the studio or on-location, and will they be taken on the same day or over several days. Generally there is a based setup fee and then a fee per person/headshot/groupshot/image.
